The first studio
Ayarda began as a small studio with one belief: a home should feel calm today and timeless tomorrow. The first drawings were simple, and so were the rules: restraint, proportion and honest materials.

A first collection
Our first residences were completed, each composed around light and the way people actually live. Word spread, quietly, from one family to the next.

Architecture and landscape as one
We began designing buildings and gardens together, so every home opens naturally onto the space around it and the view becomes part of the plan.

Waterfront and penthouse living
The collection grew to include waterfront homes and penthouses above the city, each held to the same quiet standard as the first.

Individual residences became neighbourhoods. With trusted partners we started delivering whole communities designed to be lived in for decades.
